摘要
本文介绍了平板复合材料超声C扫描检测机构,以及运动控制的方案组成、功能实现和测试结果。系统中综合运用多种抗干扰措施,避免了检测过程中可能出现的运行不稳定、成像质量不佳、电磁干扰等问题,满足了复合材料高速超声检测的性能要求。
This paper introduces an ultrasonic C-scan detection mechanism for plate composite materials, as well as the composition, functional implementation and test results for motion control solutions. The system employs several anti-interference measures to avoid potential problems, such as, unstable operation, poor imaging quality and electromagnetic interference, thus satisfying the performance requirements for high-speed ultrasonic detection for composite materials.
