摘要
本文结合笔者在授课中实践,针对高职的学情实际,就课改背景下的教学创新所应具备的条件,分别从教学理念、教师水平、师生关系、课堂管理、教学方法等五个方面进行了论述,以期对提升高职课堂教学效果、提升教师教学能力有所启迪。
Combined with the author's teaching practice, aimed at the actual situation for the higher vocational colleges, this paper respectively discusses the necessary conditions for teaching innovation in the context of curriculum reform from teaching philosophy, level of teachers, teacher-student relationship, classroom management, teaching methods five aspects, in order to enhance the vocational teaching effect and enhance teachers' teaching ability.
