在改革的不断深入、经济飞速发展的背景下,从注重职业道德教育与培养正确价值观相结合、专业处理判断能力与其他学科知识相结合、培养良好的人际沟通能力和创新精神和建设高素质的会计专业师资队伍等四方面对会计专业职业素质培养进行探索,并提出适应新经济条件下的方法与途径。

Under the background of the deepening of the reform and rapid economic growth, the author explored the cultivation of accounting major students＇ professional quality from four aspects： the combination of emphasizing professional ethics education and cultivating correct values, the combination of the professional judgment ability and other subject knowledge, cultivating good interpersonal communication ability and building high-quality accounting professional teachers, and put forward the ways and means to adapt to the new economic conditions.
