摘要
文章针对校企"双主体"人才培养模式下教师教学质量评价中存在的主要问题,结合近年来我校教师教学质量评价的实践,探索以课程组形式对教师教学质量进行评价,以实现理论教学和实践教学的有机融合。
According to the main problems of teachers' teaching quality evaluation under talents training mode of university-enterprise double subjects, combining with the practice of teaching quality evaluation in recent years, this paper explores to evaluate teacher's teaching quality in the form of course group, so as to realize the organic integration of theoretical teaching and practical teaching.
