老年人退休后的问题已经越来越受到社会的关注,如何提高退休后老年朋友的生活质量,使其老有所乐、身心健康是目前关注的焦点。文化站作为群众文化最基本的单位应当担负起这个责任,为了丰富老年人的生活,文化站应当根据老年人的生理以及心理特点选择适合他们的文化活动,在提高老年人综合素质的同时还要注重建设老年人骨干队伍。本文介绍了促进文化活动工作的方式方法,对丰富广大老年朋友的文化生活起到了一定的积极作用。

The problem of the elderly after retirement has been concerned by the society. How to improve the life quality of the old friends after their retirement, make them happy, physical and mental healthy is the current focus. As the basic unit of mass cultural station,it should shoulder the responsibility. In order to enrich the lives of the elderly, the cultural station should selecte cultural activities according to the＇ physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly people, improve the comprehensive quality of the elderly, meanwhile should pay attention to the construction of the elderly backbone team. This paper introduces the method and the way to promote cultural activities work, which has positive effect to enrich the cultural life of old friends.
