综合分析了网络舆情扩散的过程,探讨了网络舆情扩散在网民、网络媒体层面以及政府处理网络舆情扩散过程中出现的问题。从网民、媒体、政府三个层次分析网络舆情扩散,因地制宜,可以有针对性的找出治理网络舆情扩散的策略,为政府应对网络舆情扩散提供更准确的参考依据。
The article synthetically analyzes the process of the online public opinion diffusion, discusses the problem that arising in the process of online public opinion diffusion in the cyber citizen, media and the government dealing with it. It analyzes the online public opinion diffusion from the cyber citizen, media and government, adjusts measures to local conditions, and find a pointed strategy dealing with it, and provides more accurate reference for the government to cope with online public opinion diffusion.
