From the discussion on the principles of finance industry and the conditions and obligations of entering WTO, the paper gives a further discussion on the positive and negative influences that the entrance to WTO brings to China's stock market and concludes that the entrance does more good than harm and pushes positively the healthy development and internationalized process of China's stock market.
