文章论述了投资银行的业务与功能 ,认为投资公司向投资银行职能转变是实现资本经营的必由之路 。
The article discusses the services and functions of investment banks and considers that it is a necessary method of realizing capital operation as an investment company changes an to investment bank. And it discusses further the ways to change an investment company to an investment bank.
