在建立社会主义市场经济的社会转型期 ,传统的思想道德规范体系发生了很大变化 ,而包含师德在内的道德规范尚未完全建立起来 ,在教师队伍中 ,出现了师德失范、滑坡现象。为适应社会主义市场经济的需求 ,新时期的师德标准应有更多的要求。

During the social transformation period of building socialist market economy,the traditional system of codes of ideological ethics changes a lot. And the codes of ethics,including teachers'ethics,have not been founded yet.Degeneration of teachers'ethics occured in the line of teachers.Stricter demands on the standard of teachers'eathics in the new stage are required in order to adapt to the socialist market economy.There are four ways to strengthen the teacher's ethical construction.
