The Strategy of business logistics is an important part of business strategies. The merge and buyout mania, coupled with the burgeoning integration and globalization and the strong competition, result in great changes of the economic environment that companies face. Many companies in developed countries make and implement new logistics strategies to remain competitive and to survive, such as JIT logistics, integrated logistics and global logistics. China is going to join WTO, the new strategies are well worth learning for Chinese companies.
