目前我国林业分类经营的难点分析及对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Forestry Classification Management in China

本文针对目前我国林业分类经营中存在的主要问题及难点进行分析 ,同时在吸收各家所长的基础上 ,提出生态环境林业的概念及理论框架 ,为科学地进行林业分类经营 ,为解决多元融资与投入机制问题及推动我国林业分类经营的改革与发展提供科学依据。

There exist some problems, such as theory fundation, classifying standards, policy measures and market principles etc., which constrain forestry classification implementation. The problems should be solved, first, the definition and theory framework of ecological environmental forestry were presented on the basis of evaluation on various important management theories; following the classifying standards should be made; thirdly, the policy measures should be created; finally, research and new technology should be given high priority.
