对于高校辅导员参与思想政治理论课教学,社会各界有赞有贬、观点各异。但从职业化、专业化视角看,辅导员参与思想政治理论课教学是有积极意义与现实价值的。参与思想政治理论课教学能稳定辅导员队伍的军心,使辅导员掌握其工作的核心技术并提升水平,让辅导员职责回归本位,使辅导员更专注于履行职责,能拓宽辅导员的发展空间、另辟路径,能防止职业倦怠、增强辅导员的职业幸福感,为实现辅导员的职业化、专业化提供必然前提和技术支持。

In colleges,student affair workers used to be called ＂Political Coaches＂,who are now responsible for the daily student-related affairs.These workers usually lack the feeling of professional belonging,which often leads to the instability of the team.Allowed to participate in the teaching of ideological and political theory,they may find their professional positioning,attain more profession-related happiness and better serve the students.
