提升高校党政纪案件审理质量的几点思考

Some Reflections on the Handling of the Cases in Colleges Involving the Breach of Party and Administrative Disciplines

江苏省案件质量专项检查结果显示,相对于地方纪检监察机关以及国有大中型企业,高校党政纪案件审理质量有待进一步提高。高校党政纪案件处理质量不高,表面看是由于案件检查环节先天不足,关键还是审理环节存在问题。要在审理阶段保证案件质量,应从制度建设、队伍建设、制约模式3个方面予以加强。

Colleges need to improve their conduct of the cases involving the breach of Party and administrative disciplines,as is suggested by a related provincial survey in Jiangsu province.On the surface,the ineffective conduct is due to insufficient inspection,but actually problems exist in case proceedings.To solve these problems,we should strengthen the construction of institution,the training of discipline inspection staff and the system of constraint.
