摘要
当下学生网络评教存在的问题从学生与教师两个不同层面反映出来:学生弃评、代评、恶评等问题影响评估数据的准确性;教师迎合评教和拒绝评教两种倾向妨碍网络评教工作的正常推进。评教指标体系和组织实施过程的缺陷、学生对评教动能不足、评教结果处理不科学等是造成问题的主要原因。高校必须围绕加大宣传、改进和完善指标体系、发挥网络优势和妥善处理网络评教结果制定相应对策。
The problems in online assessment of teaching involve both the students and the teachers.Some students abstain,find others to make the assessment,or intentionally make malicious remarks;some teachers flatter the students for good assessment or defy the assessment.These problems are derived from the improper system of assessing indices,students' lack of motivation and improper treatment of the assessment data.We must further inform the teachers and students of the significance of online assessment,improve the related indices and treat the data properly.
