摘要
目的:建立并比较赶黄草茎、叶HPLC特征指纹图谱,为科学评价、有效控制其质量提供可靠方法和依据。方法:用HPLC法建立赶黄草茎、叶指纹图谱;采用"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统A版"对赶黄草茎、叶指纹图谱进行分析,并分别生成2种部位的对照图谱;采用SPSS 16.0对赶黄草茎、叶指纹图谱进行聚类分析。结果:赶黄草的茎与叶2个入药部位的指纹图谱相似度较低,仅为0.340~0.735;聚类分析将8个产地赶黄草茎聚为一类,将7个产地赶黄草叶(四川万玉叶除外)聚为另一类。结论:赶黄草的茎与叶2个入药部位的指纹图谱差异显著;8个产地的赶黄草叶的指纹图谱相似度较高,可用于质量控制;建议结合赶黄草不同部位的药效及临床需求,合理选择入药部位。
Objective:To establish and compare the HPLC characteristic fingerprints of stems and leaves of Penthorum chinense for its scientific evaluation and quality control.Methods: The HPLC fingerprints of the stems and leaves were established and analyzed with Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Version 2004A),and chromatograms of stems and leaves were generated as the representative standard fingerprints.The cluster analyis was carried on by SPSS 16.0.Results: The similarity of HPLC characteristic fingerprints from the stems and leaves was only 0.340~0.735;Stems from 8 habitats were classified into one group and leaves from 7 habitats(except leaf from Sichuan Wanyu) were classified into another group.Conclusion:The HPLC characteristic fingerprints from the stems and leaves are significant different,and the latter can be applied for quality control owing to high similarity;Making a reasonable choice of different parts depends on the pharmacodynamics and clinical demands.
