摘要
目的:研究山橙枝叶的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS及RP-HPLC对山橙枝叶化学成分进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从山橙枝叶的95%乙醇提取物中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为:乌苏酸(1)、22α-羟基乌苏酸(2)、白桦酸(3)、白桦醇(4)、2,3-dihydroxy-1-(4-hy-droxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-propan-1-one(5)、(+)-异落叶松树脂醇(6)、(±)-甘草素(7)、水杨酸(8)、β-谷甾醇(9)、胡萝卜苷(10)。结论:首次报道化合物2的NMR数据,所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents from the twigs and leaves of Melodinus suaveolens.Methods: The chemical consituents were separated and purified by column chromatographies with silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,ODS and RP-HPLC.Their structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.Results: Ten compounds were isolated and identified as ursolic acid(1),22α-hydroxyursolic acid(2),betulinic acid(3),betulinic alcohol(4),2,3-dihydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-propan-1-one(5),(+)-isolariciresinol(6),(±)-liquiritigenin(7),salicylic acid(8),β-sitosterol(9) and daucosterol(10),respectively.Conclusion: NMR spectra of compound 2 are reported for the first time,and compounds 1~10 are firstly isolated from this plant.
