论我国食品安全犯罪罪名体系的重构

The Reconstruction of Our Country’s Food Safety Crime Charges System

食品安全是关系国计民生的头等大事。近年来,食品安全犯罪屡屡发生,我国现行刑法关于食品安全犯罪的罪名数量过少,不利于严厉打击食品安全犯罪行为,所以有必要重构我国食品安全犯罪的罪名体系。通过分析我国食品安全犯罪罪名体系的固有缺陷,并对国外食品安全犯罪罪名体系进行探究,有利于我国食品安全犯罪罪名体系从纵向和横向两个维度进行重构。

Food security is the most important thing about economy and people’s livelihood.In recent years,food safety crimes happened repeatedly,and the number of food safety criminal charges is limited,which is adverse to act vigorously against food safety crime.Therefore it is necessary to reconstruct our national food safety criminal charges system.Through analyzing the inherent defect of our national food safety criminal charges system and studying foreign food safety criminal charges system,we can reconstruct it from longitudinal and transverse dimensions.
