摘要
从实践共同体视角来看,警察职业认同是警察在共同体当中对于各种所属关系的投资与在其场景下进行的意义协商之间的张力下建构起来的。然而在对警察职业认同影响较为显著的三个实践共同体当中,警察都表现出相对较低的认同与协商能力。构建"以人为本"的工作环境和警察自身积极的自我更新与主动发展是提升警察职业认同的重要途径。
From the perspective of practical community,the police professional identity is constructed by the relationship between investment and at the scene of the negotiation.However,in the three significant practical communities which makes great effects on police professional identity,police have shown relatively low identity and negotiation skills.Constructing people-oriented work environment,self-renewal and self-development should be taken to promote the professional identity of the police.
