论两型社会建设中的环境执法

The Environmental Law Enforcement in the Construction of “Two-Type Society”

近年来,由环境问题引发的重大事件越来越多,给我国社会经济和人民健康带来了恶劣影响,两型社会,即资源节约型、环境友好型社会的建设顺势而生。在两型社会的建设中,环境执法的地位尤其重要,但在我国目前设立的两型社会示范区内,环境执法仍然存在诸多的问题,阻碍了进一步的发展。因此,分析其中的问题并找到解决的途径就成为当务之急。

In recent years,more and more major events have been caused by the environmental problems,which has brought bad influence to our country social economy and people’s health.Two-type society,namely the resource saving and environment friendly society is appeared.In the two-type society construction,environmental law enforcement is especially important.But at present,in the demonstration area,there are still many problems of the environmental law enforcement,which has hindered its further development.Therefore,we should analyze the problems,and try to find a solution.
