摘要
目的了解海口市2008~2011年麻疹流行病学特征,评价麻疹监测系统运转情况,为进一步加强麻疹监测提供科学依据。方法收集2008~2011年海口市4个区上报麻疹监测系统数据,采用描述性流行病学方法分析,评价监测系统主要运转指标及相关资料。结果麻疹监测系统敏感性逐年提高,2008~2011年的年排除病例报告发病率33.1/10万,个案调查及时率从2008年的94.3%提高到2011年的100.0%,疑似病例血标本采集率从2008年的64.5%提高到2011年的100.0%,合格标本采集率从2008年的3.6%提高到2011年的85.5%,个案调查资料48h内专病录入从2008年的97.1%提高到2011年的100.0%;确诊病例36例,年平均发病率为0.48/10万;发病构成以8月~14岁为主,占总数的50.0%;病例呈散发,以3~7月发病为主,共发26例,占总发病72.7%;流动人口发病占66.6%,无麻疹疫苗(Measles Attenuated Live Vaccine,MV)免疫史或免疫史不详占77.8%。结论 2008~2011年海口市麻疹监测系统运转情况良好,应进一步提高监测系统的工作质量和人群免疫水平,切实加强流动人口麻疹防控,以实现消除麻疹目标。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of measles in Haikou City during 2008-2011,to evaluate the performance of measles surveillance system(MSS).Methods Descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the data of suspected measles cases reported by 4 districts through MSS in Haikou city during 2008-2011 and evaluate the major operating indicators and related data of MSS.Conclusions The sensitivity of MSS was increasing year by year.The annual average incidence rate of non-measles cases was 31.1/100,000.The investigated timely rates of suspected cases increased from 94.3% in 2008 to100% in 2011.The suspected case collection rates increased from 64.5% in 2008 to 100%,proportion of qualified sample increased from 3.6% in 2008 to 85.5% in 2011.The investigated individual case entry rate within 48 hours of suspected measles cases increased from 97.1% in 2008 to 100% in 2011.36 measles cases were confirmed from 2008 to 2011.The annual average incidence rate of measles was 0.48/100,000.50% of the cases were children aged from 8 mouths to 14 years old.The infections were scatted distributed,but March to July is the incidence peak with 26 cases in total(72.2%).66.6% of the cases were migrant population.77.8% of the cases were without measles vaccination history or without detailed immunization history.Results the performance of MSS in Haikou City during 2008-2011 was in a good condition..and the quality of MSS and antibody level of the population be further enhanced to attain the goal of eliminating measles.
