H型高血压患者对称动态动脉硬化指数特点分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨H型高血压患者对称动态动脉硬化指数(S-AASI)特点,分析与非H型高血压患者是否存在差异。方法选择门诊及住院高血压患者各629例,分为H型高血压和非H型高血压组,检测其对称动态动脉硬化指数,分析两组间的一般指标和S-AASI的差异。结果 H型高血压患者S-AASI均数为0.663±0.04;非H型高血压患者S-AASI均数为0.471±0.03,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而一般指标两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 H型高血压患者发生动脉硬化的程度重于非H型型高血压患者,高同型半胱氨酸的存在可能促进动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展。 Objective To analyze the features of symmetrical dynamic atherogenic index(S-AASI)in high-hcy hypertensive patients.Methods The 629 outpatient and inpatient hypertension were chosen and divided into high-hcy hypertension group and non-high-hcy-hypertension group,and the symmetric dynamic atherogenic index were determined.The symmetric dynamic atherogenic index and S-AASI analyzdAASI between the two groups were compared.Results The mean of S-AASI of high hcy-hypertensin patients was 0.663±0.04 and that of the non-high-hcy-hypertension patients was 0.471±0.03,significantly higher of the former than that o the latter(P0.05).The general index showed no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusions The extent of atherosclerosis of high-chy-hypertension patients was more serious than the non-high-hcy—hypertension ones and the presence of hyperhomocysteine may promote the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis.
