Discussion on the Fluctuating Problem of Adhesion Force Value of Rubber Boot Coat

胶靴胶面附着力指胶面与靴里布之间的粘着力,直接影响到胶靴的穿着寿命。通过对不同配比乳胶配方胶膜与靴里布之间附着力进行试验、检测和对比,优化了胶乳配方,使胶面靴附着力达到国际标准。此外,分析了工艺控制过程及设备维护对胶靴质量波动的影响,并提出了具体注意事项与预防措施。

The life length of rubber boots was affected by the the adhesion between rubber coat and boot liner material. A comparison of coat adhesive properties with various raw material formulars was made, the optimal formulas of rubber coats were determined, so the adhesive force values meet with the international standards. In addition, the influences of technology processing control and equipment maintenance on the rubber boot quality were analyzed, and the attentions and the preventive measures were put forward.
