自体角膜缘球结膜移植治疗翼状胬肉

Observation of autologous limbal conjunctival transplantation for treatment of pterygium

目的观察胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘球结膜移植术治疗翼状胬肉的效果。方法 2005年1月至2010年1月在我院接受手术治疗的翼状胬肉患者65例(84只眼),予施行胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘球结膜移植术,观察术后复发情况。结果术后随访1～2年,治愈60例(79只眼),复发5例(5只眼),治愈率94%,复发率6%。结论显微镜下彻底切除胬肉联合自体角膜缘球结膜移植手术的术后复发率低,是治疗各种翼状胬肉的较好方法。

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of pterygium excision combined with limbal conjunctival transplantation for treatment of pterygium. METHODS From January 2005 to January 2010 in our hospital, 65 patients with pterygium （84 eyes） were received pterygium excision combined with autogenous corneal limbus conjunctiva transplantation and the results were observed. RESULTS One to two years postoperative follow-up, cured 60 cases （79 eyes）, recurred 5 cases （5 eyes）. The cure rate was 94%, and the recurrence rate was 6%. CONCLUSIONS Postoperative recurrence rate was low with complete resection of pterygium under microscope combined with limbal conjunctival autograft transplantation surgery .It is a better method for treatment of pterygium.
