额部A型肉毒毒素注射去皱引起内斜视临床观察

Clinical observation of esotropia caused by Botulinum toxin A injection for forehead wrinkles

目的观察额部皮肤下注射A型肉毒毒素引起内斜视的临床特点。方法收集斜视中心2011年1-6月就诊的因为美容目的额部皮肤下注射A型肉毒毒素引起内斜视的32例为研究对象。观察患者复视出现时间、消失时间、斜视角度。结果（1）注射后远处出现复视时间为（62）天。近处出现复视时间为（7＋2）天。（2）视近处复视消失时间为（80±22）天，视远处复视消失时间为（120±20）天。（3）出现复视时斜视角度：33cm：（＋14±2）°，5m：（＋18±3）°。结论A型肉毒毒素除皱如果出现复视会长时间影响患者生活。

Objective To observe clinical characteristics of esotropia caused by the forehead sub- cutaneous injection of botulinum toxin A. Methods The research subjects were 32 patients with stra- bismus which was caused by subcutaneous injection of botulinum toxin A because of cosmetic fore- head in strabismus center of our hospital from January to June 2011. To observe the appearance of diplopia in patients with time, disappearance time, strabismus angle. Results After injection the ap- pearance time of diplopia was 6：e2 days in distance, and in near was 7±2 days. The disappearance time of diplopia was 80-4-22 days when the patients saw distant, when they saw near was 120：E20 days. When diplopia appeared the oblique angle was 33cm： （＋14±2）°,5m：（＋18±3）°. Conclusions When removing wrinkles with Botulinum toxin A diplopia appears, it will affect the long life of pa- tients.
