46例特应性皮炎患者临床分析及外周血T细胞亚群检测 被引量：2

摘要 特应性皮炎的病因尚不清楚，T细胞在AD的发病机制中发挥着重要的作用。本实验拟通过流式细胞仪分别测定。46例AD患者和20例正常对照外周血中T细胞亚群占T细胞的比率及CD4^＋CD25^＋Treg在CD3^＋和CD4^＋T细胞中的比率，结果报道如下。
