摘要
以薄层色谱法 (TL C)对补肾醒脑解毒口服液中所含主药山茱萸、人参、五味子、当归进行鉴别 ,结果显示该方法专一性强 。
A thin-layer chromatographic method was used to identify the major components of Bushen-Xingnao-Jiedu oral liquid extracted from Fructus Corni,Radix Ginseng,Fructus Schisandrae,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,etc.The results showed that the method had great speciality to the above components and it could be used for the quality control of the drug.
