细胞因子风暴在流行性感冒病毒感染中的作用及防治研究 被引量:12

摘要 流行性感冒病毒(流感病毒)感染具有较高的致病率和死亡率,其感染的严重程度和病毒引起的以过度炎症反应为特征的细胞因子风暴密切相关。本文综述了细胞因子风暴在流感病毒感染中的病理表现、作用机制及其研究进展,并对细胞因子风暴相关的流感病毒感染的防治进行了探讨。
