摘要
目的 :探讨前颌骨矫正对上颌骨生长发育的影响 ;检测上颌骨周围骨缝成骨的活跃程度。方法 :以40 d Wistar大鼠建立人工双侧腭裂模型 ,L atham矫正器前颌骨矫正 ;应用免疫组化和原位杂交技术检测上颌骨周围骨缝 TGF- β的表达。结果 :免疫组化检测 ,矫正第 7,14天后实验组大鼠 TGF- β的阳性表达与两对照组之间无显著性差异 ;原位杂交检测 ,从第 7天开始实验组 TGF- β m RNA阳性表达明显高于对照组 ,两对照组之间差异无显著性。结论 :前颌骨矫正后 。
砄bjective:To determine the expression of transforming (TGFβ) in the jugomaxillary sutures,temporomalar sutures and sphenopalatine sutures after premaxillary orthopedics.Methods:Immunohistochemistry technique and situ hybridization technique were used to detect the expression of TGFβ among the subject group and tow control groups.Results: TGFβ positive reaction was not different among the three gropes after orthopedics detected by immunohistochemistry (P>0.05) in 14 days.The level of TGFβ mRNA in the subject groupe was higher than that in the control after 7~14 days treatment.Conclusion: Orthopedics of premaxillar may result in positive reaction of osteogenesis increase.
