不同消毒处理对藻酸钾印模尺寸精度的影响

The effect of different disinfectants upon diminsimal change of the alginate impressions

目的 :评价比较藻酸盐印模在分别接受体积分数为 2 %戊二醛、5 0 g/L艾力克、纯水的不同方式、不同时间的处理后尺寸精度的变化。方法 :以同一母模制取 6 0个印模 ,2 0个为一组分别接受体积分数为 2 %戊二醛 ,5 0 g/L艾力克 ,纯水的处理。在每个处理组中的 2 0个印模中 ,4个印模被浸泡 10 min,4个被浸泡 2 0 min,4个被浸泡 30min,4个被喷涂 ,4个不做处理作为对照组 ,处理完后立即以人造石灌模 ,比较各组石膏模之间指标线段长度差异。结果 :( 1)浸泡 10 min、2 0 min、30 min均产生有统计学显著意义的正形变 ,且形变随浸泡时间增长而增大 ;( 2 )喷涂与立即取样相比则无统计学显著意义差异。结论 :( 1)喷涂处理不使印模发生统计学显著形变 ;( 2 )浸泡消毒则使印模发生膨胀形变 ,且随浸泡时间增长 。

bjective:To study the effects of 2% glutaraldehyde,5% Eric or pure water on the impression accuracy.Method:Sixty impressions were divided into three groups and were treated with 2% glutaraldehyde,5% Eric,pure water respectively.In each group every 4 impressions were immersed into the 3 kinds of liquid for 10,20 or 30 min,four were sprayed,four were left untreated as control,respectively.The impressions were then casted with die stone after treatment.Measurements on the casts were compared.Results:(1)The immersion treatment in all 3 liquids for 10,20 or 30 min generated positive dimensional expansion (P<0.05).(2)Spraying treatment did not cause dimensional change( P> 0.05).Conclusions:[WT9.,8.5BZ](1)Spraying technique does not significantly affect the dimensional accuracy of impressions;(2)immersion treatment can cause detectable expansion of the impressions with time passes.
