摘要
目的 :比较相同条件下的整铸法与分段铸造炉内后焊法制作四单位前牙非贵金属烤瓷桥的适合性差别。方法 :将 8件修复体蜡型随机分为 2组 ,经整铸与焊接不同处理 ,分别在扫描电镜下 ,观测其边缘浮出量 ,作统计分析。结果 :整铸组 ,焊接组及单冠对照组 3组比较与两两比较均有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1)。对照组单冠适合性最好 ,焊接组优于整铸组 ,且在临床适用范围内。结论 :跨度较大的多单位烤瓷桥 。
砄bjective: To compare the fitness of soldered fourunit porcelainfusedtometal (PFM) fixed partial dentures with onepiece castings or single crowns on their abutments under the same conditions. Method:Eight pieces of restorations randomly divided into 2 groups,in one group the PFM bridges were casted as one piece,in another group,the bridges were postsoldered in furnace.Fitness,indicated by the marginal openings between castings and dies,was measured with SEM and then analyzed by ANOVA method.Results: The fitness in all three groups were significantly different from each other(P<0.01),the fitness of soldered fourunit bridge was better than that of onepiece casting.Conclusion: The method of making multiunit PFM bridge with long span by postsoldering in furnace may produce better marginal fitness.
