shRNA在抗猪瘟病毒中稳定遗传表达的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 RNA干扰(RNA interference,RNAi)是一种能特异性地介导同源基因沉默的现象,随着对其机制的深入了解,它在病毒性疾病的治疗和预防上发挥出日益重要的作用。本文介绍了RNAi的作用机制,干扰RNA载体短发夹RNA(short hairpin RNA,shRNA)及其与转基因技术结合防治猪瘟病毒的作用,并从供体细胞类型的选择、干扰RNA的设计、位置效应及RNAi脱靶效应4个方面对影响RNAi持续干扰猪瘟病毒复制的因素进行了综述。
