MAPK信号通路对细胞骨架调控作用的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 细胞骨架参与调控细胞内很多重要的骨架相关细胞活动,细胞骨架的异常能够导致骨架相关疾病的发生。研究表明,有丝分裂原激活的蛋白激酶(mitogen activated protein kinases,MAPK)信号通路作为细胞内重要的信号转导途径之一,参与调控细胞骨架的稳定性以及影响骨架相关的细胞活动如减数分裂、细胞迁移、细胞黏附、细胞分化等。最近的医学研究也发现,MAPK通路参与骨架蛋白异常引起的临床疾病。本文就MAPK信号通路对细胞骨架及其相关细胞活动的调节作用的最新研究进展进行综述。
