清远市2012年吸附无细胞百白破（DTaP）接种副反应监测分析

目的了解DTaP副反应发生情况，为该疫苗安全接种提供依据。方法通过《预防接种副反应信息管理系统》导出2012年全市DTaP副反应病例并进行分析。结果全市DTaP副反应发生率为24．06／10万，其中一般反应率21．84／10万，异常反应率2．22／10万；一般反应的重度发热和局部反应中的强反应发生率均较低，分别是3．33／10万和1．85／10万；地区间以少数民族地区最高（347．33／10万），年龄组中以大年龄组最高（48．01／10万）。结论虽然DTaP副反应发生率低，安全性好，但也要在接种前中后采取一些可行措施加以防范，尽最大限度降低其副反应发生率。

Objective To understand the side reaction situation of DTaP, and provide basis for the safety of the vaccine inoculation. Methods According to The Vaccination Side Reaction Information Management System in 2012, we analyzed the cases of DTaP side reaction in the whole city. Results The rate of occurrence of DTaP side reaction in the whole city was about 0.2406%0 （24 people in 100 thousand people）, the general reaction was about 0.2184 %o （ 21 people in 100 thousand people ） ; the abnormal reaction was about 0.0222 %o （two people in 100 thousand people）; the strong reaction rate in both the general reaction of severe fever and local reaction were lower, of which was 0.0333 %o and 0.0185 %o respectively, Among the areas, minority nationality areas were the highest （3.4733%0）, the old age group was the highest in all age groups （0.4801%o）. Gonclusion Although the rate of occurrence of DTaP side reaction is lower and has good safety, it＇ s still very necessary to take some feasible measures to guard against and make utmost effort to reduce its incidence before vaccinating, during vaccinating and after vaccinating.
