川崎病患儿血清ET-1、CRP、PLT水平的变化及其临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨川崎病(KD)患儿不同时期血清内皮素1(ET-1)、CRP、PLT水平的变化及其与冠状动脉病变之间的关系。方法对34例KD患儿急性期、亚急性期和恢复期进行进行ET-1、CRP、PLT检测,并与20例急性上呼吸道感染患儿进行对照。同时用心脏彩超检测KD患儿冠状动脉的情况。结果KD患儿不同时期ET-1、CRP、PLT水平组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。KD患儿急性期ET-1、CRP、PLT均明显高于对照组(P〈0.01),冠状动脉扩张(CAE)组CRP、PLT水平与非CAE组之间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),而CAE组ET-1水平与非CAE组之间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论CRP、PLT、ET-1均参与了KD的血管组织损伤,ET—I可作为预测KD并发cAE的指标之一。 Objective To discuss the clinical significance of serum Endothelin-l(ET-1),C- reactive protein(CRP), platelet (PLT) and platelet levels in Kawasaki disease (KD) and its relationship with KD and coronary artery ectasia (CAE). Methods Serum contents of ET-1,CRP,PLT in different stages were measured in 34 KD children, which were compared with those in 21cases of acute upper respiratory infection. The coronary arteries were checked with heart color ultrasound. Results Serum contents of ET-1,CRP, PLT in KD children in different stages had significant difference (P 〈 0.01). Serum contents of ET-1 ET-1,CRP,PLT in KD children were higher than those in compared group (P 〈 0.01). Serum contents of CRP and PLT had no significant difference between KD children with CAE and without CAE (P 〉 0.05) , but serum contents of ET-1 had great difference between KD children with CAE and without CAE (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion CRP,PLT and ET-1 all take part in the pathogenesis of KD, and ET-1 can be used as an index of predicting KD with its complication of CAE.
