摘要
为实证分析武汉市产业结构高级化与城市土地集约利用的内在关系,利用1991—2010年数据建立VAR模型,并进行脉冲响应分析和方差分解。研究结果表明:①产业结构高级化与城市土地集约利用之间存在着较强的正向交互响应作用,且长期的响应作用程度更显著、更稳定;②产业结构高级化对来自城市土地集约利用的冲击响应更强烈,而城市土地集约利用对产业结构高级化的冲击响应较弱;③产业结构高级化、城市土地集约利用均显著受到自身波动的影响。因此,武汉市政府应采取长期的政策,将城市土地集约利用政策和产业政策结合起来,提高城市土地资源利用率,因地制宜,转变经济增长方式,实现武汉市经济协调、持续、稳定发展。
The purpose of this study was to analyze the inherent relationship between industrial structure upgrading and urban land intensive use of Wuhan City. Using time series data over the periods 1991--2010, method of impulse response function and variance decomposition based on VAR model was employed. The results showed that:①Strong positive interaction response function existed between industrial structure upgrading and urban land intensive use, its long- term response degree was more significant and stable. ②The response of industrial structure upgrading to urban land intensive use impulse was remarkable, while the response of urban land intensive use to industrial structure upgrading impulse wasn't remarkable. ③The industrial strueture upgrading was influenced by its own fluctuation, and so did urban land intensive use. So, when dealing with the relationship between industrial structure upgrading and urban land intensive use, long- term measures should be taken and combine urban land intensive use policy with industrial policy to improve urban land use efficiency. The government should adjust measures to local conditions and the way of eeonomie growth should be changed, so that to achieve economy coordinated, sustained and stable development of Wuhan City.
