摘要
实施单元生产的混合车间布局需要解决生产单元划分和作业单位布局两个问题。针对这两个问题,提出了SBM-SLP的解决方法。在单元划分阶段,应用顺序分枝法(SBM)获得单元生产作业单位,鉴于功能布局适应性强,将没有纳入生产单元的设备按功能划分成作业单位。在作业单位布局阶段,应用系统布局设计方法(SLP)对作业单位间的物流和非物流关系分析,从而得到作业单位间的综合相互关系,进而获得作业单位间的位置相关图,最终得到车间布局图。
The layout for multi mode workshop with cell-production needs to solve the two problems.They are how to get production units and how to layout for the units. In order to solve the two problems,SBM-SLP was proposed in this paper. In the element division stage, Successive Branching Method was used to get the Cell Production units. Because of the flexibility of functional layout, the equipments which were not included in Cell Production units were divided into units of work based on functional layout. In the layout stage, Systematic Layout Planning was used to analyse the relationships of the logistics and non-logistics among the units,to obtain the position correlation diagram, and finally to get the workshop layout.
