摘要
系统仿真技术不仅应用于新系统的规划与设计,也广泛应用于对已有系统的改进。以转向器厂生产物流系统为研究对象,利用Flexsim软件建立生产物流系统的仿真模型,运行仿真模型并分析仿真结果,找出生产物流瓶颈。根据仿真结果调整工艺顺序,使主要加工设备负荷均衡,最终为企业的投产和整改提供决策依据。
the System Simulation Technology is not only used in programme and design of the new systems, but also in the improvement of existing system widely. Based on the steering factory production logistics system as the research object, using Flexsim software to establish the production logistics system simulation model, operate simulation model and analysis of simulation results, find out the production logistics bottleneck ,Then, Adjusting the process sequence based on the results to keep the load of the main processing equipments balanced and provide basis for decision making for production and rectification of the enterprise.
