摘要
轮胎的异常磨损对汽车的操纵稳定性、安全性等性能有重要影响。针对某车型车辆前轮轮胎异常磨损故障,采用ADAMS软件建立该车前悬架系统,并对该悬架系统采用单轮激振方式进行了运动学和动力学的仿真分析。通过分析该车型车辆的车轮定位角、车轮侧向移动量等参数,并结合维修实际,确定了造成该车型车辆前轮轮胎异常磨损的原因是前轮定位角不合理。通过仿真模型的参数化优化及维修数据的统计,对该车型车辆前轮定位参数进行了最优化调整,从而有效地消除了该车辆前轮轮胎的异常磨损。
Abnormal wear of tires for the car control stability, safety properties have important influence. In this paper a model vehicle wheel tyre abnormal wear fault, using ADAMS software to establish the vehicle front suspension system, and the suspension system USES single wheel vibration modes for the kinematics and dynamics of the simulation analysis.
