对轴套的材料特性和结构进行分析,其内六方对边尺寸精度和粗糙度为加工难点。制定合理可行的工艺加工方案。在粗、半精车后线切割出内六方并留少量余量,设计精密推刀推削内六方尺寸,采用定位芯轴定位内接圆精车外圆,并设计弹性套车削端面和内槽,保证了零件的加工满足了图纸要求。
