曲安奈德混悬液局部注射联合高压氧治疗糜烂型扁平苔藓46例疗效观察

Clinical efficacy and safety of triamcinolone acetonide suspension by local injection and hyperbaric oxygen in patients with oral lichen planus.

目的探讨曲安奈德混悬液局部注射联合高压氧治疗糜烂型扁平苔藓临床疗效和安全性。方法运用随机数字表法将在我院口腔科住院的92例糜烂型扁平苔藓患者分为A组和B组,A组患者仅给予曲安奈德混悬液局部注射治疗,而B组则给予曲安奈德混悬液局部注射治疗联合高压氧治疗,治疗8周,比较两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果 B组患者治疗总有效率(95.65%)明显高于A组(82.22%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组患者不良反应发生率无明显增加(P>0.05)。结论曲安奈德混悬液局部注射联合高压氧治疗糜烂型扁平苔藓疗效确切,安全可靠,不良反应少。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of triamcinolone acetonide suspension by local injection and hyperbaric oxygen in patients with oral lichen planus. Methods The clinical data of ninety-two patients with oral lichen planus from December 2010 to December 2011 in the Department of Stomatology in our hospital were collected. The patients were divided into group A and group B by random number table. Group A only applied triamcinolone acetonide suspension by local injection, group B was given triamcinolone acetonide suspension by local injection and hyperbaric oxygen. Then the clinical efficacy after eight weeks＇ treatment was compared between the two groups. Results After eight weeks＇treatment, the total effective rate of group B were significantly higher than that in group A （95.65% vs 82.22%, P〈0.05）. The two groups showed no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Triamcinolone acetonide suspension by local injection and hyperbaric oxygen is more effective than triamcinolone acetonide suspension by local injection in patients with oral lichen planus, which is worthy to be introduced.
