体外受精-胚胎移植后宫内外同时妊娠10例临床分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的分析体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)术后宫内宫外同时妊娠的临床原因、诊治及妊娠结局。方法回顾性分析2011-2012年接受IVF-ET辅助受孕后的10例宫内宫外同时妊娠者的临床资料。结果 10例患者中7例有明显的盆腔炎性疾病史(输卵管因素),1例卵巢因素,1例为男方少弱精症,1例原因不明。10患者均B超提示宫内外同时妊娠,其中3例腹腔镜下行患侧输卵管切除术、5例开腹行输卵管切除术、2例行保守治疗。术后4例宫内继续妊娠并足月剖宫产,3例稽留流产,2例继续保胎治疗监测中。结论盆腔炎性疾病是IVF-ET术后宫内外同时妊娠发生的主要原因;超声检查是有效的诊断方法;手术行输卵管切除术可能是治疗宫内外同时妊娠的最佳方法。
