附子中毒的急救护理及预防

Emergency nursing and prevention for strobal intoxication

目的探讨中药附子中毒的急救护理及其预防方法。方法总结在我科就诊的27例急性附子中毒患者的临床表现及紧急救治措施。结果 27例中毒患者均出现不同程度心律失常,15例收入急诊病房住院治疗,其中3例行血液灌流治疗,所有患者均痊愈出院。结论采取及时、有效的紧急救治措施是抢救附子中毒成功的关键,应注重预防措施以减少附子中毒的发生。

Objective To discuss the emergency nursing and prevention for strobal intoxication. Methods The clinical manifestation and emergency aid measures of 27 patients with acute strobal intoxication in the Emergency Center of Hainan Provincial People＇s Hospital were summarized. Results Different degrees of cardiac arrhythmlas were observed in 27 patients, of which 15 were hospitalized in emergency ward, including 3 were treated with hemo- perfusion. All the patients were cured and discharged. Conclusion Adopting emergency aid promptly and effectually is the key to the successful rescue for strobal intoxication. It is paying attention to prevention measures that could reduce the incidence of strobal intoxicationis.
