Exploration on the Problems of Government Information Public depending on application of PBOC

通过对人民银行政府信息依申请公开案件中申请人主体资格、公开义务主体、公开内容、涉密政府信息审查规则等问题的探讨和分析,提出了处置人民银行政府信息依申请公开案件建议和意见,以期对人民银行政府信息公开实践有所帮助。

This paper discussed and analyzed on the problems as the subject qualification of applicant,public obligation subject,public contents,and rules for reviewing the classified government information in the cases of government information public depending on application of PBOC.The author gave the advices and opinions about disposal the cases of government information public depending on application of PBOC,hoping to help practicing the government public information of PBOC.
