普外护理风险因素分析及对策

随着国家相关法制措施的加强,人民群众对就医效果的期望也越来越高,为避免医患纠纷,加强护理安全管理至关重要。考察并分析了普外科护理可能出现的纠纷行为,针对相应情形采取相关举措。结果表明,经过干预措施培训的护士出现不良护理行为的概率明显小于未经过培训的护士,对比具有显著意义(P<0.05),这说明对普外科护理可能出现的不安全因素进行有效干预,可对医疗纠纷起到预防作用。
