摘要
E–PDS,数字化教师学习共同体本土实践范式,是常州市勤业中学通过六年实践探索形成的校本研修新范式。文章从系统规划、行动创新、生成模式三个方面,论述了数字化教师学习共同体本土实践范式研究的规划、研究与建模。
E-PDS, local practice paradigm of digitalized teacher learning community is the new paradigm of school-based research formed on the basis of six years of practice and exploration of Changzhou Qinye Middle School. This essay expounds the planning, research, and simulation of the paradigm from three aspects: system planning, action innovation, and generation modes.
