构建“全程导学”教学模式的思考与实践

摘要 "全程导学"是指以学案为载体,以教师的指导为主导,学生的自主学习为主体,通过课前预习、课堂教学、课后反思,师生共同合作完成教学任务的一种教学模式。"全程",一是全程指导,在课前预习,课堂教学,课后反思等环节中,教师给予学生学习目标、学习方法、习惯养成等指导;二是全面关注,教师不仅仅关注学生的学习状况,更关注学生的学习过程、情感、态度、价值观、人文素养、心理健康等等。江苏省横林高级中学以"以学定教、少教多学、学导结合、及时反思"为指导思想,深化教学改革,在探索新型教学模式方面作了有益的尝试。 The whole process guidance learning refers to a kind of teaching mode, in which learning proposals are carriers, teacher’s guidance is in the lead, students’ autonomous learning is the principal way, and teachers and students complete the teaching tasks together through before -class previewing, classroom teaching and after -class reflection. The whole process, on the one hand, indicates that teachers provide guidance for students’ learning goals, methods, and habit formation; on the other hand, teachers should focus on not only students’ learning conditions but also their learning process, emotions, attitudes, values, humanity quality, mental health, etc.
