摘要 随着下一代智能电网的建立,复杂的控制网络系统将面对更多的安全威胁。在研究智能电网安全问题的基础上,按照"从外到内,由表及里"思路,讨论了用电环节、调度环节、监控环节的脆弱性问题,重点分析了级联故障及危害。最后,针对上述问题提出了相应的对策建议。 With the developments of next generation smart grid, the complicated controlling network system is exposed to more cyber threats. After discussing security issues of the smart grid, vulnera- bilities of power utilization, power schedule and power monitor are treated according to the outside- to-inside and surface-to-centre thinking way. Furthermore, the cascading failure and its hazard are analyzed, and some countermeasures are proposed.
