摘要
能力本位教育以全面分析职业角色活动为出发点,以提供产业界和社会对培训对象履行岗位职责所需要的能力为基本原则,强调学生在学习过程中的主导地位,其核心是如何使学生具备从事某一职业所必需的实际能力。以从事某一具体职业所必需具备的能力为出发点来确定培养目标、设计教学内容、方法和过程、评估教学效果的一种教学思想与实践模式。
Competency-base(t education is taking comprehensive analysis of the role of occupation ac- tivities as the starting point. The basic principle is to provide the trainees with the ability to filfill the duties of the post which is required by the industries and societies. It emphasizes the dominant position of students in the learning process. Its core is how to make the students have engaged in the actual capability required for an occupation. It is a teaching thought or a practice mode, in order to determine the training target,design teaching content, methods and processes, then evaluate teaching effectiveness, as a starling point to the ability for work.
