织物结构相与拉仲断裂性能关系研究

摘要 本文基于织物紧度和直径交叉理论的基础上设计和织造出不同结构相的阻燃粘胶平纹织物并测试其拉伸断裂强力,寻求结构相与拉伸断裂强力之间的关系,实验表明在低结构相中,由于纬密大干经密,纬纱的受力根数多,所以纬向的断裂载荷和所需的断裂功大于经向,在到达中间结构相前,纬向的断裂载荷和断裂功随着结构相的升高而增大,经向随着结构的升高而减小。在中间结构相时,达到最大和最小。在中高结构相中,纬向的断裂载荷和断裂功随着结构相的升高而减小,经向的裂载荷和断裂功随着结构相的升高而增大。 Different geometry structure phases of plain weave were designed and weaved from fire retardant viscose to test the tensile breaking force in this paper, whose aim is to get the relationship between the geometry structure phase and tensile breaking force. Experiments show that fracture load and the required power is greater than warp directions, because yarn is thicker than warp in low structure phase. The fracture load and fracture energy of zonal will increase with the rising of structure before living up to the middle structure. Warp direction will decrease with rising of structure. It achieves the maximum and minimum in the middle of the structure. In the upper-middle-class of the structure, the fracture load and fracture energy of zonal diminishes with rising of structure, but the fracture load and fracture energy of warp direction will increase with rising of structure.
