摘要
文章总结了国内外绩效考核技术的相关研究成果,介绍了一些绩效考核技术。根据各个绩效考核技术的特点,制定了企业绩效考核路径图。绩效考核路径图分为六个步骤,步骤之间循环往复地进行。在实施绩效考核路径图的过程中要注意两个问题:环境的变化和信息的不对称。最后指出路径图对企业人力资源管理具有重要意义。
The article summarizes the relevant research results of the performance evaluation technology about home and abroad. It introduces some performance appraisal techniqueS. According to the characteristics of individual performance appraisal technology, it develops an enterprise performance appraisal road map. Performance appraisal road map is divided into six steps and mutual steps appear condition of cycle and cycle. We should pay attention to two issues in the process of the implementation of the performance appraisal road map: changes in the environment and the asymmetry of information. Finally, we point out that the road map has great significance for human resource management.
